1. Access Rights & Portal Usage

By accessing the AgriMonitor Client Portal, you agree to use the dashboard solely for professional agricultural monitoring. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Unauthorized sharing of data or attempts to reverse-engineer our satellite processing algorithms are strictly prohibited.

2. Service Limitations

Our satellite-derived insights, including NDVI vegetation indices, are provided as precision decision-support tools only. They are not intended to replace professional, ground-level agricultural expertise or physical soil analysis. AgriMonitor is not liable for crop yields or financial outcomes based on the interpretation of our data.

3. Drone Hardware & Maintenance

For clients procuring or maintaining hardware through AgriMonitor:

• Maintenance: AgriMonitor provides maintenance services based on scheduled inspections. Liability for hardware failure resulting from improper field operation or unauthorized modifications rests with the user.
• Procurement: Hardware is provided 'as is' with manufacturer warranties. AgriMonitor acts as a support intermediary for repairs and technical optimization.

4. Liability Disclaimer

AgriMonitor and Xavier Space Solutions are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our technology, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profit.
